Held at the Polo Lounge in Glasgow, it promises to be a glittering evening of cabaret, burlesque, drag and more! You have until midnight tonight to grab advance tickets for just £10 either online here or in person at Luke & Jack on Virginia St (right across the road from the venue). Otherwise, you can get tickets on the door on the night for £12. Doors open at 7:30, full details on the event page.

I’ll be there (in full costume), and hope to see you, too! 🎃

Just in time for the Fringe 2016, I’m offering reduced rates for performers and artists looking to get new promotional images or portraits!

1 hour shoot with 5 fully edited images for £75.

Offer applies to any shoot booked from now until the 12th of August. First block of shooting dates is from now until August 12th and then from August 23rd—31st. I’m based in Glasgow but can also travel to Edinburgh for an additional £20, and am happy to split travel costs between multiple clients if booked for the same date.

My photographs have been used to market some of the world’s leading brands – from Japan Airlines to Virgin Active – and I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s best theatre and cabaret artists to promote their work. You can contact me over on Facebook, or at mark[at]markliddell.co.uk with details and concepts. I’m looking forward to hearing from you! 📷

My very glamorous friends, Kim Khaos and Tom Harlow, were on the TV this week: talking about their careers, their upcoming show The Glitter & Grind Revue, and – most importantly – me! haha.

You can still catch the full episode on the STV Player for the next 30 days (or watch this clip to hear my shoutout and see some of the the videos and images they shared).

A random assortment of photos from what could laughingly be referred to as “summer” 2015.

Another fantastic collaboration with burlesque and sideshow performer Kim Khaos, in a glittering tribute to Hollywood legend, Elizabeth Taylor.

Shot (very appropriately) in the Egyptian Wing of the Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum.

You can see the trailer we shot for her new act below:

Kim also started her own WordPress blog recently, so you can follow of her adventures over on the GlassGirlOfGlasgow!
